DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Crankt ( Noumi Trading Pty Ltd ) delivers with Australia Post standard eparcel services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
Delivery occurs on business days. To minimise delivery disruptions, please consider sending your parcel to an address that is occupied during delivery times. All parcels delivered to an address require a signature. Options to change this can be made via Australia Post only with your tracking number. Australia Post offer several ways to manage this via automated emails and sms, so please ensure your details are accurate with your order.
A valid street number, suburb, post code, and phone number must be included when completing the checkout process as orders cannot be processed without this information. Crankt ( Noumi Trading Pty Ltd ) will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to missing or incorrect delivery information. If parcels are not collected, or, the address details are incorrect the parcel will be returned to us. You will need to pay for postage again and include the updated delivery details to receive your parcel.
INCORRECT ORDERS OR MISSING ITEMS
If you make a purchase at www.crankt.com.au and in error we send the incorrect or missing items from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods via phone or email. With product/items that have been missed, we will conduct an investigation first and send out the missing items to you once verified. If items are incorrect we will then issue a Returns Authorisation Number and request you send the incorrect, unopened products back to us. Once the incorrectly sent items have been successfully received back to our warehouse in unopened / undamaged condition we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 days. Incorrect orders/products must be identified before opening. We will not accept a product that is incorrect AND has been opened, regardless of the reason why. It is the customer responsibility to identify this and notify us before opening. We reserve the right to deny a replacement, missing item or refund if products are opened, consumed or not rectified within 14 days of ordering. We use Australia Post Eparcel signature which includes, redirect, post office and safedrop options for all deliveries. Once a order is delivered we take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. It is the customers responsibility to utitlise the options provided by Australia Post via sms, email, MYPOST app to ensure the correct delivery preference is arranged.
