INGREDIENTS
Base:
1 cup oats or granola
4tbls coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Cheesecake:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbls stevia
3 tsp gelatine
4tbls hot water
Strawberry cheesecake:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla
150g fresh strawberries
2 tbls stevia
80ml strawberry and cream Crankt shot
Method:
Heat coconut oil in microwave 45 seconds till melted
Combined oats and cinnamon with melted coconut oil. Place in mould and refrigerate
Cheesecake:
Add hot water to gelatine stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Blend all ingredients in food processor till creamy, add gelatine. Mix well.
Pour into Moulds. Refrigerate
Strawberry cheesecake:
Add hot water to gelatine stir till dissolved. Set aside to cool. Chop strawberries. Blend all ingredients in food processor till creamy, add gelatine. Mix well.
Pour on top of cheesecake Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
