• 1st Surf Life Saving National Youth Championships for Surfing 2015
• 5th Australian Junior Surfing Titles

Views on health and nutrition:
Health and nutrition plays a big role in my life as a surfer. Dealing with mother nature all the time throws challenges at me, so a healthy diet and good hydration is key.

Who/what inspires me:
Tyler Wright, Carissa Moore and Sally Fitzgibbons are my inspirations as they continuously are pushing the boundaries of women’s surfing.

Anything else you want the world to know about you:
I am passionate about the environment and enjoy getting involved in cleaning up our ocean and beaches. I have also been in a documentary about keeping the Ocean clean which is called ‘The Clean Bin Project’ and is connected to Take Three for the Sea.

PROTEIN INTAKE: 90 grams of protein a day.
